Return and Refund Policy

Newlander Life Sciences offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all products. The 30-day period begins on the date the unit is delivered to the customer's address.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be returned in like-new condition.

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

• The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Refund Method and Timeline

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned unit.

Defective Units

If your unit arrives defective or fails within the first 30 days of delivery, please contact us to determine whether a refund or warranty replacement is the appropriate path. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

After 30 Days

Refunds are only available during the first 30 days. After 30 days, only warranty service applies. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for details.
