Refund policy

Newlander Life Sciences offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all products. The 30-day period begins on the date the unit is delivered to the customer's address.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be returned in like-new condition.

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

• The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Refund Method and Timeline: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned unit.

Defective Units: If your unit arrives defective or fails within the first 30 days of delivery, please contact us to determine whether a refund or warranty replacement is the appropriate path. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

After 30 Days: Refunds are only available during the first 30 days. After 30 days, only warranty service applies. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for details.
