All Newlander Life Sciences products are covered by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase.

What Is Covered: During the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion if it is found to have defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

What Is Not Covered: This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Additional Terms

• This warranty covers repair or replacement only. The determination between repair and replacement is made at the sole discretion of Newlander Life Sciences.

• Refunds are not available under this warranty. Refunds are only available under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

• The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the unit for warranty service. Newlander Life Sciences will cover return shipping on all repaired or replaced units.

Service Timeline: Warranty claims are typically resolved within 10–15 business days of receiving the unit at our facility, depending on the nature of the issue.
